Director of Brand Partnerships / Reporting to the Executive Vice President, Partnerships and Global Brand Development

With your positive attitude, a professional approach and time management and communication skills, you juggle multiple deadlines in a hybrid environment (office/home). This position will work from the New York office.
/ You will be a key member of the business development team and a collaborator on the brand development team, reporting to the EVP, Global Brand Partnerships & Development.

About the BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND BRAND PARTNERSHIP Department

/ The Business Development & Brand Partnerships team is responsible for building relationships and creating opportunities that generate new revenue streams. We develop the positioning, the value proposition of Made Music Studio and work on the front line to strengthen its notoriety and attract new customers. We are nimble, creative, resourceful and always put the needs of our customers first. Every business and brand challenge Made Music Studio solves starts with a Biz Dev conversation.

Your main responsibilities…

/ Be responsible for achieving your revenue goals while working within a dynamic, innovative and creative culture
/ Own the success of your new business customer culture while being supported by an award-winning team and content studio
/ Develop, implement and track the success of sales tactics that generate revenue
/ Leverage your existing relationships with a solution-focused approach
/ Develop and execute targeted customer outreach tailored to MMS branded solutions
/ Participate in industry conferences, customer presentations and networking events
/ Expand your knowledge of our booming industry
/ Find new opportunities, business needs and solutions

You have….

/ 3 to 5 years of successful experience as an account manager within a sales team
/ A history of the presentation of pitch materials; make content relevant and entertaining
/ An entrepreneurial spirit and a collaborative and team-based business approach
/ Great listening skills – and ability to pivot when opportunities arise
/ A network of brand/agency contacts to be exploited
/ Experience interpreting tenders and assessing client needs
/ In-depth knowledge of digital/social platforms and their leverage for sales
/ A solid understanding of the relationship between consumers and brands
/ Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
/ An ingenious, highly motivated and results-oriented entrepreneur
/ A passion for personal growth and success (And no, you don’t have to be musical!)

Salary

/ $95,000 + performance-based quarterly bonus

/ This is a full-time position based in the NYC office. Although we work primarily remotely, expect to visit our Financial District office for collaborative hours approximately once a week. Eventually, we plan to return to the office full time.
/ We cover 50% of your medical, optical and dental plans (and those of your spouse/domestic partner, if necessary).
/ We offer a 401(k) plan with a 3% company contribution after one year of service.
/ 28 PTO days (plus incentive bonuses for using your PTO days) and 5 sick days, regardless of your level of experience or seniority.
