FORM – Digital Marketing Agent (UK)

Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Hours: Full time – 35 hours per week (excluding breaks) + additional hours which may be required from time to time for the

We are FORM, a passionate music company of committed music fans with offices in Brighton and London, bringing together historic UK concert promoters One Inch Badge and Rockfeedback. We are a curatorial, progressive, artist-driven company that organizes and promotes over 600 live shows a year across a wide range of media and genres for artists such as Glass Animals, Father John Misty, Flume, The War on Drugs, Future Islands, Elder Island, Yard Act, Brian Wilson, Mogwai, Nils Frahm, Billy Nomates and many more.

Our festivals include Pitchfork Music Festival London, Mutations Festival Brighton, Visions Festival London and London Borough of Culture 2022.


Job overview:

Develop and deliver a progressive paid advertising and organic digital marketing strategy across all live events for FORM.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Develop and implement the company’s paid ads digital marketing strategy
  • Generate sales and generate traffic using paid advertising on all FORM platforms
  • Continually refine our sales funnel based on current trends – capture and use data and convert sales throughout campaigns
  • Create visual assets on templates for digital use that engage customers, help sell tickets, and add value to each campaign’s goal
  • Sending monthly reports to company management, describing in an accurate and quantifiable way the performance of paid advertisements
  • Accurately manage marketing budgets, use company systems to record expenses
  • Developing and creating progressive paid advertising marketing plans and paid advertising performance reports for clients
  • Work closely with senior marketing management to design and implement a broader advanced digital and social media marketing strategy
  • Assist other members of the marketing team on the company’s organic social media strategy
  • Assist senior management and external agencies with overall corporate branding, website development and corporate marketing position
  • Represent company events at events as part of the FORM program
  • Provide support across broader company projects and work as needed
  • Work with the entire team through positive motivations towards EDI, the work environment and culture within FORM, supporting managers and the rest of the team to be leaders in the industry
Required Skills :
  • A solid understanding of the genres and artists promoted by FORM
  • Proven track record in organizing and managing successful paid advertising campaigns in live music
  • A minimum of 2 years in marketing in a comparable event promotion/music-focused business
  • Proficiency in setting up, monitoring, improving, and reporting on paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok, and Google, among others
  • A solid understanding of paid advertising KPIs
  • Proficiency in Mac operating systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite programs for creating and editing visuals from templates
